Refund policy
Return Policy:
You have 14 days to return an unused item in its original packaging. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days or as store credit afterwards. Contact us at hey@navadecor.co to start the process. Customers pay return shipping. We will reply back to you within our business hours 10AM to 6PM EST. Closed Saturday and Sundays and US Public Holidays.
Return Process:
- Send an email to hey@navadecor.co with the subject as "ORDER # - RETURN REASON".
- Please include images or video of the product or stated return reason.
- Once your email is received, we will respond back within 1 business day with a response for your return approval.
- Ship the items back to the given address.
- Once the product has arrived at our warehouse, your refund will reflect within 1-2 business days.
How Do I Get The Return Label:
- You will generate your own label or ship the product at your local post office to your designated return address given to you via email.
- If you product is covered by warranty or defect, we will send you a return label.
Return Label Cost:
Clients are responsible for bearing the return label cost unless the product is covered under warranty or defect.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon arrival. If there's damage or defects, contact us immediately. If you are past the 14-day return period, your damage will not be covered. We'll replace parts or the fixture after assessing photos/videos of the issue or issue a label to ship the items back.
Custom Production Items:
Custom items are items which require additional assistance from our design team to order and cannot be ordered directly from our online store. Customization of these products requires technical drawings and additional production time, and therefore cannot be refunded. This includes, extended hanging length, color customizations, dimming add ons, and more. Items with any customizations are non-refundable.
Custom-Made Furniture Items:
All furniture items are custom-made, and any item requested to be produced as per customer specifications will not be eligible for refund or cancellation once production has begun. Cancellation requests must be made within 6 hours of order confirmation and can only be accepted if production has not started. After this window, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.
Customer Remorse:
Contact hey@navadecor.co or use the self-return option located in your "My Orders" to start the return process. You will need to ship the items at your own cost to our return address. You may also be subject to restocking fees depending the product condition and packaging.
Non-received Items:
Contact us if you haven't received your package within 90 business days for a full refund. We're not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
Exchanges:
We don't offer exchanges. For damaged items, we send replacements. If you want a different item, return the one you have and buy the new one separately.
Open Box Items:
These are final sale but still warrantied. If issues arise, contact our customer care team for damages and issues.
Refund Process:
Once your return is approved, expect the refund in 3-10 business days. It may take your bank a few days to process this.
Restocking Fees:
All merchandise returns not due to manufacturer defect are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. You may also be subject to other fees if our return policy are not followed.
Standard Warranty:
All fixtures come with a warranty for manufacture defects up to 30 days. Contact us with evidence for replacement. Extended warranties are available.
Extended Warranty:
Extended warranty covers 12, 36, or 60 months periods for your product. We ship a free instant replacement to ensure your business/home has no downtime. Includes accident protection, manufacture protection, and component protection. Accident protection covers any damage that causes the product to be inoperable. Manufacturer protection resolves any manufacturer defects. Component protection ensures the body and standard components are fully warrantied should any damage happen (does not include light bulbs).
