Begin at lower corner of surface. Position initial panel according to your reference guides. Utilize brad nailer to secure panel into framework (fasteners every 12–16"). Install remaining panels with tight joints and continue securing. Fill fastener holes using wood compound or matching putty. Optional: Apply sealant between panels for seamless appearance. Note: Allow 1/8" gap at perimeters for expansion with wood-based panels. Peel-and-Stick Method Best for: Lightweight panels featuring pre-applied adhesive Requires: Clean, prepared surface and pressure roller Process Overview: Clean surface of debris and residue. Allow complete drying. Calculate and mark level starting reference. Remove adhesive protection from initial panel. Position precisely and apply to surface beginning at one edge. Apply pressure roller for uniform contact across entire surface. Install additional panels with tight alignment against each other. Note: Avoid repositioning, adhesive bond strongest upon initial contact. Adhesive Application Method Best for: Panels without backing adhesive, including solid PVC, composite, or acoustic Requires: Construction adhesive or latex panel adhesive Process Overview: Prepare surface thoroughly.
