Installation Guide

A standard hardwired ceiling install — most of it is switching off the power and matching three wires. Set your hanging height before you connect anything, and you're most of the way there.

Before you begin

  • Mounting — to a standard ceiling junction box
  • Power — hardwired to your mains supply
  • Dimming — socketed bulbs dim; integrated-LED models don't
  • Drop — arrives at 47" (1.2 m); want it shorter or longer? Just email us before it ships
  • Ceilings — flat, and most sloped (check the product specs)

What you'll need

  • Screwdriver, voltage tester, wire stripper
  • Wire nuts (included), ladder
  • Drill (only for a new junction box or non-standard ceiling)

Step by step

  1. Turn off the power — switch off the lighting circuit at the breaker, then confirm it's dead with a voltage tester.
  2. Mount the bracket — fasten the included bracket to the junction box, snug and level.
  3. Set your height — before wiring, adjust the cord, chain, or downrod to your drop and lock it at the canopy.
  4. Connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Secure each with a wire nut and tuck them into the box.
  5. Attach the fixture — line the canopy up with the bracket and fix it flush with the provided screws or caps.
  6. Add the bulbs — correct type and wattage; if dimming, check the bulbs match your wall dimmer.
  7. Power on and test.

  • Follow your local electrical codes.
  • For high or angled ceilings, or anything complex, bring in a licensed electrician.
  • Don't over-tighten decorative parts; dust gently with a soft cloth.

Each cube — rotated from the one beside it

The offset is intentional. A grid of perfectly aligned cubes reads as a flat panel; these are arranged so each face catches light at its own angle, giving the fixture a three-dimensional quality from below. The powder coat — matte black or white — keeps the surface flat so the geometry is the detail, not the colour. Integrated LEDs behind each acrylic cap are rated past 50,000 hours.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery takes 15–21 business days in most regions worldwide. A tracking number is provided once the order ships.

Is the installation hardware included?

Yes — ceiling canopy, wall brackets, mounting screws, and the adjustable wire all ship in the box. A certified electrician can complete installation with no additional materials.

How do I adjust the height?

The suspension wire extends to a maximum of 1.2 m (3.9 ft). Excess wire is looped and secured inside the canopy housing during installation — no special tools required.

What type of lighting modes are available?

Four modes: warm white (~2700K), neutral warm, neutral cool, and cool white (~5000K). The mode is set at the driver — specify your preference at checkout or contact us after ordering to confirm.

How energy-efficient are the LEDs?

The integrated LED draws 32W and is rated for 50,000+ hours — roughly 17 years at 8 hours of daily use. No bulb replacements during normal operation.

Can it be mounted on any ceiling?

Yes — it works on flat and sloped ceilings. The included brackets also allow wall mounting. A standard junction box is required for hardwired installation.

How long do the LEDs last?

The integrated LED is rated for 50,000+ hours. At 8 hours a day, that is over 17 years of operation before output meaningfully declines.

What is the power requirement?
