Installation Guide

A standard hardwired ceiling install — most of it is switching off the power and matching three wires. Set your hanging height before you connect anything, and you're most of the way there.

Before you begin

Mounting — to a standard ceiling junction box
Power — hardwired to your mains supply
Dimming — socketed bulbs dim; integrated-LED models don't
Drop — arrives at 47" (1.2 m); want it shorter or longer? Just email us before it ships
Ceilings — flat, and most sloped (check the product specs)

What you'll need

Screwdriver, voltage tester, wire stripper
Wire nuts (included), ladder
Drill (only for a new junction box or non-standard ceiling)

Step by step

Turn off the power — switch off the lighting circuit at the breaker, then confirm it's dead with a voltage tester.
Mount the bracket — fasten the included bracket to the junction box, snug and level.
Set your height — before wiring, adjust the cord, chain, or downrod to your drop and lock it at the canopy.
Connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Secure each with a wire nut and tuck them into the box.
Attach the fixture — line the canopy up with the bracket and fix it flush with the provided screws or caps.
Add the bulbs — correct type and wattage; if dimming, check the bulbs match your wall dimmer.
Power on and test.

Follow your local electrical codes.
For high or angled ceilings, or anything complex, bring in a licensed electrician.
Don't over-tighten decorative parts; dust gently with a soft cloth.

What is the shipping timeframe for this product?

Is professional installation required?

Yes — the Fuji is hardwired to the ceiling. A certified electrician should handle the connection. The rope-and-head assembly is done before or after the wiring, depending on ceiling access.

What materials are used in this product?

Aluminium spotlight heads and acrylic suspension ropes, all in matte black. The aluminium is lightweight and heat-dissipating; the acrylic ropes are clear but appear dark against the finish.

How long does the illumination last?

The integrated LED is rated to 50,000 hours — roughly 17 years at 8 hours a day. No bulb replacement is needed over the normal lifespan of the fitting.

Can the lighting color be adjusted?

Three colour temperatures are available — warm, neutral, or cool white — specified at order. Switching between modes after installation requires a configuration change; contact us for options.

Is this product suitable for high ceilings?

Yes — the 1 m drop cord is fixed, but the acrylic ropes and head positions can be arranged to suit taller spaces. For drops beyond 1 m, contact us and we can advise on a custom configuration.

Does it come with a mounting bracket?

Yes — canopy, mounting bracket, and all ceiling hardware are included. All parts mount to a standard junction box.

What voltage range is compatible?

90–260V — compatible with standard household circuits in any country. No adaptor or converter is required.

How can the acrylic ropes be adjusted?

Each rope slides or clips to reposition the spotlight head in height and angle. The adjustment is done at installation — set the configuration you want, then secure the ropes in place.

Is this product energy-efficient?

Yes — integrated LED technology uses a fraction of the energy of halogen or incandescent equivalents at the same light output, and the 50,000-hour lifespan means no ongoing replacement costs.
