Installation Guide

A standard hardwired ceiling install — most of it is switching off the power and matching three wires. Set your hanging height before you connect anything, and you're most of the way there.

Before you begin

  • Mounting — to a standard ceiling junction box
  • Power — hardwired to your mains supply
  • Dimming — socketed bulbs dim; integrated-LED models don't
  • Drop — arrives at 47" (1.2 m); want it shorter or longer? Just email us before it ships
  • Ceilings — flat, and most sloped (check the product specs)

What you'll need

  • Screwdriver, voltage tester, wire stripper
  • Wire nuts (included), ladder
  • Drill (only for a new junction box or non-standard ceiling)

Step by step

  1. Turn off the power — switch off the lighting circuit at the breaker, then confirm it's dead with a voltage tester.
  2. Mount the bracket — fasten the included bracket to the junction box, snug and level.
  3. Set your height — before wiring, adjust the cord, chain, or downrod to your drop and lock it at the canopy.
  4. Connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Secure each with a wire nut and tuck them into the box.
  5. Attach the fixture — line the canopy up with the bracket and fix it flush with the provided screws or caps.
  6. Add the bulbs — correct type and wattage; if dimming, check the bulbs match your wall dimmer.
  7. Power on and test.

  • Follow your local electrical codes.
  • For high or angled ceilings, or anything complex, bring in a licensed electrician.
  • Don't over-tighten decorative parts; dust gently with a soft cloth.

The Arzachena ships free worldwide. Delivery takes approximately 15–21 business days. A tracking number is sent once your order dispatches.

The physical hanging and cord adjustment are manageable at home. Wiring to your ceiling circuit requires a licensed electrician — professional installation is recommended for safety and compliance.

What materials are used in the fixture?

The outer cage is powder-coated metal in Black, White, or Brown. The inner shade is fabric in the matching colour. The E27 fitting is standard and all structural hardware is metal.

How do I clean and maintain it?

Wipe the metal cage with a dry cloth to remove dust. For the fabric shade, use a soft brush or dry cloth — avoid water or cleaning solutions. Do not use abrasive materials on the powder-coated finish.

Is it compatible with dimmer switches?

Dimming is available upon request. Specify at checkout. A dimmer compatible with E27 LED bulbs is required on the wall circuit.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes — the Arzachena comes with a 1-year warranty as standard, extendable to 2, 3, or 5 years. Contact us for extended warranty options.

What kind of lighting does it provide?

Is it suitable for outdoor use?

No. The Arzachena is designed for dry indoor use only. The fabric shade and powder-coated metal are not rated for outdoor humidity or direct environmental exposure.

Can it be used with smart home systems?

Yes, paired with a compatible smart E27 bulb (Philips Hue or equivalent). The E27 fitting is standard — any compatible smart bulb of appropriate wattage will work.

How energy-efficient is it?

A single E27 LED at 15W delivers 1500lm — equivalent to approximately 100W of incandescent output at a fraction of the energy. LED lifespan is rated at 50,000 hours.
