Installation Guide

A standard hardwired ceiling install — most of it is switching off the power and matching three wires. Set your hanging height before you connect anything, and you're most of the way there.

Before you begin

  • Mounting — to a standard ceiling junction box
  • Power — hardwired to your mains supply
  • Dimming — socketed bulbs dim; integrated-LED models don't
  • Drop — arrives at 47" (1.2 m); want it shorter or longer? Just email us before it ships
  • Ceilings — flat, and most sloped (check the product specs)

What you'll need

  • Screwdriver, voltage tester, wire stripper
  • Wire nuts (included), ladder
  • Drill (only for a new junction box or non-standard ceiling)

Step by step

  1. Turn off the power — switch off the lighting circuit at the breaker, then confirm it's dead with a voltage tester.
  2. Mount the bracket — fasten the included bracket to the junction box, snug and level.
  3. Set your height — before wiring, adjust the cord, chain, or downrod to your drop and lock it at the canopy.
  4. Connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Secure each with a wire nut and tuck them into the box.
  5. Attach the fixture — line the canopy up with the bracket and fix it flush with the provided screws or caps.
  6. Add the bulbs — correct type and wattage; if dimming, check the bulbs match your wall dimmer.
  7. Power on and test.

  • Follow your local electrical codes.
  • For high or angled ceilings, or anything complex, bring in a licensed electrician.
  • Don't over-tighten decorative parts; dust gently with a soft cloth.

The Arjona's linear bar holds eight G9 bulb positions at equal intervals across its 100 cm span. Each position has a small glass shade that diffuses the bulb output downward without directing it in a narrow beam — the result is a continuous band of warm light rather than eight separate circles on the table. The gold metal frame carries the same finish inside and out, with no visible joins or seams at the pipe connection.

How easy is it to install?

The Arjona uses a fixed-length pipe erect mount rather than a cord. The pipe connects to the ceiling box directly — a more stable mount for a 4 kg linear fixture. We recommend installation by a certified electrician, particularly ensuring the ceiling box is rated for the fixture weight and position.

What materials are used in the construction?

The bar and frame are metal with a gold finish. Each bulb position has a small glass shade. Eight G9 LED bulbs are included — replaceable when needed.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes — a 1-year warranty is included as standard, extendable to 2 or 3 years. Contact us after purchase to arrange extended coverage.

Is it energy-efficient?

At 40W across eight G9 LED positions, the Arjona delivers 4,000 lumens — comparable output to a much higher-wattage incandescent fixture. LED technology keeps running costs low for daily dining use.

Can the height be adjusted?

The pipe mount allows a maximum drop of 60 cm (23.6"). Unlike cord-hung fixtures, the Arjona's drop is fixed at installation — confirm your ceiling height and desired table clearance before ordering.

What type of lighting does it provide?

Adjustable ambient and task lighting. At 3000K it gives a warm, relaxed dining atmosphere; at 6000K it provides a cooler, brighter light suited to work surfaces or kitchen islands.

How do I clean and maintain it?

Turn off and allow to cool before cleaning. Wipe the metal bar with a soft dry cloth. Clean the glass shades with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. G9 bulbs are user-replaceable — they unplug from the socket and a replacement inserts without tools.

Is it suitable for outdoor use?

No — the Arjona is rated for indoor use only. It is not weatherproofed and should not be installed in covered outdoor areas subject to humidity or rain.

Is the Arjona Chandelier dimmable?

Yes — dimming is available as an option. The remote control adjusts both brightness and colour temperature (3000K–6000K). An optional app control is also available. Specify the dimming option when ordering.

What is the return policy?
