Installation Guide

A standard hardwired ceiling install — most of it is switching off the power and matching three wires. Set your hanging height before you connect anything, and you're most of the way there.

Before you begin

  • Mounting — to a standard ceiling junction box
  • Power — hardwired to your mains supply
  • Dimming — socketed bulbs dim; integrated-LED models don't
  • Drop — arrives at 47" (1.2 m); want it shorter or longer? Just email us before it ships
  • Ceilings — flat, and most sloped (check the product specs)

What you'll need

  • Screwdriver, voltage tester, wire stripper
  • Wire nuts (included), ladder
  • Drill (only for a new junction box or non-standard ceiling)

Step by step

  1. Turn off the power — switch off the lighting circuit at the breaker, then confirm it's dead with a voltage tester.
  2. Mount the bracket — fasten the included bracket to the junction box, snug and level.
  3. Set your height — before wiring, adjust the cord, chain, or downrod to your drop and lock it at the canopy.
  4. Connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Secure each with a wire nut and tuck them into the box.
  5. Attach the fixture — line the canopy up with the bracket and fix it flush with the provided screws or caps.
  6. Add the bulbs — correct type and wattage; if dimming, check the bulbs match your wall dimmer.
  7. Power on and test.

Good to know

  • Follow your local electrical codes.
  • For high or angled ceilings, or anything complex, bring in a licensed electrician.
  • Don't over-tighten decorative parts; dust gently with a soft cloth.

Brushed gold — copper underneath, warm throughout

The Prado's arms are copper with a brushed gold finish — not a surface coating but a finish that sits in the material. The texture catches the light from the glass shades above and shifts it across the frame. Against deep walls or pale ones, the gold reads differently, which gives the fixture range across interior palettes.

Innovative engineering. Intelligent design.

Frequently Asked Questions

What materials are used in the Prado Chandelier?

Copper arms with a brushed gold finish and frosted geometric glass shades. The G9 LED bulbs are included and replaceable — no specialist parts needed down the line.

Is the Prado Chandelier dimmable?

Dimmable on request. Let us know when ordering and we'll configure the fixture for dimmer-switch compatibility. Pair with a compatible trailing-edge dimmer for best results.

What type of light source does it use?

Replaceable G9 LED bulbs — compact, energy-efficient, and widely available. They're included in the box; when they eventually need replacing, any compatible G9 LED will fit.

How many bulbs does the chandelier support?

9, 12, 15, or 18 bulbs depending on the size you choose. Each bulb sits in its own geometric glass shade along the symmetrical arms.

What voltage range is supported?

90–260 V — standard residential voltage in most countries, including UK, EU, US, and Australia. No adapter needed.

In which room settings can I install it?

The Prado Chandelier works in bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and hospitality spaces. The symmetric arm layout and geometric shades suit mid-century, contemporary, and transitional interiors.

What finish does the chandelier have?

Brushed gold — a warm metallic finish on a copper frame. It's temperature and fade-resistant, designed to hold its tone in rooms with natural or artificial light.

Is the chandelier available in multiple sizes?

Yes — four configurations: 9, 12, 15, and 18 heads. The 9- and 12-head versions span 100 cm; the 15- and 18-head versions span 120 cm. All share the same arm design.

Can I adjust the brightness after installation?

Yes, if you ordered the dimmable configuration. The Prado Chandelier then works with a compatible wall dimmer to raise or lower output after installation.

How many color options are offered?

The Prado Chandelier comes in one finish — brushed gold — which pairs with the frosted glass shades. The frosted glass diffuses the LED colour into a warm, neutral output regardless of bulb temperature.
