Installation Guide

A standard hardwired ceiling install — most of it is switching off the power and matching three wires. Set your hanging height before you connect anything, and you're most of the way there.

Before you begin

  • Mounting — to a standard ceiling junction box
  • Power — hardwired to your mains supply
  • Dimming — socketed bulbs dim; integrated-LED models don't
  • Drop — arrives at 47" (1.2 m); want it shorter or longer? Just email us before it ships
  • Ceilings — flat, and most sloped (check the product specs)

What you'll need

  • Screwdriver, voltage tester, wire stripper
  • Wire nuts (included), ladder
  • Drill (only for a new junction box or non-standard ceiling)

Step by step

  1. Turn off the power — switch off the lighting circuit at the breaker, then confirm it's dead with a voltage tester.
  2. Mount the bracket — fasten the included bracket to the junction box, snug and level.
  3. Set your height — before wiring, adjust the cord, chain, or downrod to your drop and lock it at the canopy.
  4. Connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Secure each with a wire nut and tuck them into the box.
  5. Attach the fixture — line the canopy up with the bracket and fix it flush with the provided screws or caps.
  6. Add the bulbs — correct type and wattage; if dimming, check the bulbs match your wall dimmer.
  7. Power on and test.

  • Follow your local electrical codes.
  • For high or angled ceilings, or anything complex, bring in a licensed electrician.
  • Don't over-tighten decorative parts; dust gently with a soft cloth.

Each pendant in the Loggia is cut from frosted glass in an oval form — the shape catches the LED and diffuses it rather than passing it straight through. What is the shipping timeframe?

The Loggia Chandelier ships free worldwide. Delivery takes approximately 15–21 business days — tracking is sent as soon as the order dispatches.

Is installation hardware included?

Yes — the Loggia ships with mounting hardware and an adjustable cord. Hardwired installation by a certified electrician is recommended, particularly given the fixture's weight.

What materials are used in construction?

Frosted glass pendants on a stainless steel frame, finished in gold. The steel is chosen for its resistance to temperature and fade; the glass is quality-grade, cut to an oval form.

How do I adjust the hanging height?

The cord adjusts to a maximum drop of 1.2 m at installation. Sloped-ceiling compatibility is available on request — let us know your ceiling angle when ordering.

Are the LED lights energy-saving?

Yes — the Loggia uses G9 LED bulbs which draw 30–60 W depending on configuration. LEDs deliver the same output as halogen at a fraction of the energy.

How long do the LEDs last?

The G9 LEDs in the Loggia are rated for 50,000 hours of use — at typical daily run-times, that's well over a decade before replacement is needed. Bulbs are standard G9, widely available.

What voltage is required for operation?

The Loggia operates on 90–260 VAC — compatible with standard domestic electrical systems worldwide. No voltage converter is needed in most countries.

Can it be mounted on a wall?

The Loggia is designed for ceiling installation. For wall mounting, contact our team — custom configurations may be possible on request.

How do the different light modes work?

The Loggia's three light modes — warm white, neutral, and cool white — are selected at installation by wiring the appropriate configuration. Contact us when ordering if you need a specific mode, or the remote-adjustable version.

Is the finish resistant to fading?

Yes — the gold finish on stainless steel is designed to resist fading, discolouration, and temperature stress through long-term indoor use. The Loggia comes with a 1-year warranty, extendable to 2, 3, or 5 years.
