Installation Guide

A standard hardwired ceiling install — most of it is switching off the power and matching three wires. Set your hanging height before you connect anything, and you're most of the way there.

Before you begin

Mounting — to a standard ceiling junction box
Power — hardwired to your mains supply
Dimming — socketed bulbs dim; integrated-LED models don't
Drop — arrives at 47" (1.2 m); want it shorter or longer? Just email us before it ships
Ceilings — flat, and most sloped (check the product specs)

What you'll need

Screwdriver, voltage tester, wire stripper
Wire nuts (included), ladder
Drill (only for a new junction box or non-standard ceiling)

Step by step

Turn off the power — switch off the lighting circuit at the breaker, then confirm it's dead with a voltage tester.
Mount the bracket — fasten the included bracket to the junction box, snug and level.
Set your height — before wiring, adjust the cord, chain, or downrod to your drop and lock it at the canopy.
Connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Secure each with a wire nut and tuck them into the box.
Attach the fixture — line the canopy up with the bracket and fix it flush with the provided screws or caps.
Add the bulbs — correct type and wattage; if dimming, check the bulbs match your wall dimmer.
Power on and test.

Follow your local electrical codes.
For high or angled ceilings, or anything complex, bring in a licensed electrician.
Don't over-tighten decorative parts; dust gently with a soft cloth.

Each module — positioned by you, not the factory

The U-shaped modules mount on adjustable iron arms and can be rotated into different orientations before or after installation. Change one and the whole composition shifts — the fixture is less a fixed design than an arrangement you make yourself.

Is installation straightforward?

Yes — the fixture hangs from a standard ceiling junction box on an adjustable wire. Orient the modules as you like after hanging. A certified electrician is recommended for the hardwired connection.

Are the U-shaped modules adjustable?

Yes — each module can be rotated into different orientations. You can reconfigure the arrangement at any point, before or after installation.

Does it come with an adjustable wire?

Yes — the suspension wire adjusts up to 1.5 m, so you can set the drop to suit ceiling height and the room's proportions.

How long do the LEDs last?

50,000 hours — at 8 hours a day, that's over 17 years. The LED is integrated; no individual bulb to track or replace.

What voltage does it support?

Can it be wall-mounted?

The primary installation is ceiling suspension. Wall mounting is not recommended for this fixture given the module arrangement and drop wire design.
