Installation Guide

A standard hardwired ceiling install — most of it is switching off the power and matching three wires. Set your hanging height before you connect anything, and you're most of the way there.

Before you begin

  • Mounting — to a standard ceiling junction box
  • Power — hardwired to your mains supply
  • Dimming — socketed bulbs dim; integrated-LED models don't
  • Drop — arrives at 47" (1.2 m); want it shorter or longer? Just email us before it ships
  • Ceilings — flat, and most sloped (check the product specs)

What you'll need

  • Screwdriver, voltage tester, wire stripper
  • Wire nuts (included), ladder
  • Drill (only for a new junction box or non-standard ceiling)

Step by step

  1. Turn off the power — switch off the lighting circuit at the breaker, then confirm it's dead with a voltage tester.
  2. Mount the bracket — fasten the included bracket to the junction box, snug and level.
  3. Set your height — before wiring, adjust the cord, chain, or downrod to your drop and lock it at the canopy.
  4. Connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Secure each with a wire nut and tuck them into the box.
  5. Attach the fixture — line the canopy up with the bracket and fix it flush with the provided screws or caps.
  6. Add the bulbs — correct type and wattage; if dimming, check the bulbs match your wall dimmer.
  7. Power on and test.

  • Follow your local electrical codes.
  • For high or angled ceilings, or anything complex, bring in a licensed electrician.
  • Don't over-tighten decorative parts; dust gently with a soft cloth.

What is the shipping timeframe?

We ship worldwide for free. Delivery typically takes 15–21 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order dispatches.

Is installation hardware included?

Yes — all mounting hardware is included for both ceiling and wall installation. We recommend a certified electrician for hardwired connections.

What materials are used in its construction?

The frame is stainless steel with a gold finish; the globe heads are frosted acrylic. Both are temperature-resistant and built to hold their appearance over time.

Can it be installed on both ceiling and wall?

Yes — the fixture includes brackets for ceiling mounting as a chandelier and wall mounting as a statement sconce. Same piece, two completely different looks.

Does it come with a remote control?

It does not include a remote by default. Dimming is available on request — let us know when ordering and we'll configure the fixture accordingly.

How energy-efficient are the LEDs?

Very — the integrated LEDs run at 29–75W depending on size, with an output of 3,190–8,250 lm. The power factor is optimised for efficient, consistent illumination.

What is the lifespan of the LEDs?

50,000 hours — around 17 years at eight hours a day. The LEDs are integrated into the fixture and don't need individual bulb changes.

Is the light dimmable?

On request — specify when ordering and we'll configure it for dimmer compatibility. Standard delivery is non-dimming unless requested.

Are there different light modes?

Two modes are available: warm white (for evenings and dining) and cool white (for brighter, task-oriented illumination). Specify your preference at checkout.

Is it suitable for various interior styles?

Yes — the globe cluster form works across contemporary, Scandinavian, eclectic, and even transitional interiors. The gold frame adds warmth without anchoring it to one aesthetic.
