The Splay Wall Lamp sets a perforated brass shade inside a transparent glass enclosure — so the light passes through the metal's cutouts, then again through the glass before it reaches the wall. The result is layered and warm, with the perforations casting a soft pattern rather than a clean beam. Available in sphere and capsule forms, two shapes for the same considered idea. Replaceable E27 LED, 50,000-hour lifespan.
