The Dokkum Chandelier takes its proportions from 1940s French design: tapered crystal shades sit on X-shaped brass bases, the weight balanced between strength and the visual lightness of the frame. Assembled in 12, 16, or 24 lights, each configuration scales the same idea — directed, ambient light through a considered arrangement that reads as sculpture when unlit.
