The Bekond is cut from yellow travertine — a warm stone with the pitted, veined surface that comes from millions of years of natural deposition. The conical base tapers to a narrow foot, giving it a slight sculptural tension, while the cylindrical top holds the integrated LED. A corded lamp that plugs into any wall socket, compact enough for a bedside or desk.
